My learnings....

Since the 1st term is coming to an inglorious close its time to reflect on whether the learnings were worth the 3 lakh 71 thousands we paid for this term...

Well...After much head scratching, I could zero in on only 4 things that I learnt in the last two months and half.. Here they are..

First, yes.. you guessed it right :-)... the famous, now almost-a-zen... 'Profit and cash are different'..

Second... yes..again you are correct :-)... made popular by Durgesh... 'Marks and knowledge are as different as profit and cash'..

Third... it may well work in the US..but the power of positive thinking (as illustrated in the documentary 'The Secret') does not always work at XL... and certainly not with GMP students, specially in QTMD and MANAC exams :-(

Fourth.. its a realisation though... Getting a job and getting good marks in exams are as different as profit and cash, subject to Note No. 1

I wish the fourth realisation will become crystal clear in the coming terms :-)
